
Your run shouldn't be monotonous. Especially if it's a long distance run. The only way to keep it interesting (and profound) is to keep finding new and interesting ways to get your endorphin high.
If you don't know what and endorphin high is, you've never had one. Sound like familiar advice? Yes, all hail the endorphin high, the close second to the orgasm.
Suggestion: If you put half as much energy into getting an endorphin high as you do in the bedroom, I can almost guarantee a better orgasm. Say what you will about long distance training and running, but once you get stamina in one frontier, you maintain it in the other.
