I promised myself I would never describe something with one,
it was too inhibiting,

and for some reason, the requisite answer for everything,

that we were the one to do something,
or we were the one to claim credit,

and even if most people knew said thing was one sure thing,
the word itself is not to be trusted,

too constricting,
too finite,

And on second thought, this was a first.
